The attached report lists the bonds that are currently held by Clare County Council. These bonds relate to housing developments, serviced sites, hotel developments, holiday home developments, retail/commercial developments, telecommunications masts and wind turbines.

The following should be noted

1. The assessment of the developer was undertaken by completing a search on the Companies Registration Office (CRO) website only. The CRO search provides information regarding the status of the developer (i.e. trading normal, dissolved, in liquidation), annual return dates (2008) etc and was by developer name as listed on this report and as per the planning application. Those not listed may trade as company entities unknown to us at this point in time.
2. Cash deposits are also held by the Council and relate to 114 developments. These deposits relate to housing developments, serviced sites, holiday home developments, retail/commercial developments, telecommunication masts and wind turbines. A review of cash deposits is nearing completion.
3. 20% of developments listed on the attached document have associated UD (Unauthorised Development) files which remain open.
